Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2 pound thinly sliced boiled ham
1/4 pound thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/4 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced Genoa salami
1/2 pound thinly sliced pepperoni sausage
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into thin strips
3 eggs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough, and cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Layer the ham, provolone cheese, Swiss cheese, salami, pepperoni, and red peppers, on top of the dough. In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly, and stir in the parmesan cheese and black pepper. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the peppers. Unroll the second package of dough, and place over the top of the peppers. Brush with the remaining egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove foil, and bake another 10 to 20 minutes, or until dough is fluffy and golden brown. Cut into squares. Serve warm, or at room temperature.

Sorry, this service is only available at our New Cumberland Store. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be available for pick up after 10 a.m. the following day. Orders will not be avaiilable until 10 a.m. every day.
But you’'ll get more than just quality meat when you shop at Sparkle, Durbin says. You'’ll get great service too.
"“The best thing for customers is that they can get things done their way,”" Durbin says. “"We cut our meat to the customer's specifications. And we have professional and knowledgeable employees who can point customers in the right direction.”"
Often times customers will ask Durbin about specific cuts of meat, and he will direct them how best to prepare their meal or even offer recipe ideas.
"“Everything we have in our case, I either eat or have tried at one point or another,”" he said.
Durbin has worked for Sparkle since 2002, adding nine years to his 14 total years of experience in the grocery industry.
“"It’'s a great atmosphere,” he said. “There'’s a great relationship between managers and upper managers. I love working in the meat department. There’s always something new to do and I like having the freedom to try new things.”"
Known for his distinct singing voice and striking personality, Joe Durbin has been entertaining customers in New Cumberland for five years.
“"The people here are so great,” said Durbin. “ The customers are so much fun. It’'s just a great atmosphere.”"
Durbin became the meat manager in New Cumberland five years ago, after picking up his experience in the department as a meat cutter in Chester and East Liverpool. He was hired nine years ago as a meat cutter in Chester.
“"I really just got on the job training in the meat department,"” he said.
Customers in New Cumberland find a little bit of Durbin everywhere they look in Sparkle’s meat department. The store boasts an array of different products and offers something for everyone.
"When you shop in our meat department the first thing you are going to get is great quality,”" Durbin said. “"We'’re so sure you’ll love your purchase, we guarantee everything.”"

Bruce said customers can get service from Sparkle's bakery they won't get anywhere else.
"We're friendly," she said. "If customers ask for something and we don't have it at the time, we work together to get it for them. We're all here to satisfy the customer."
All bakery purchases are guaranteed, Bruce said.
"We do what we have to do to do it right."
Sparkle Market in New Cumberland has been Bruce's home store for six years now. She said she loves her job, due mostly in part to her fantastic customer base.
"I probably have the most accomodating customers," she said. "And we bend over backwards to satisfy their needs."
Plus, Bruce loves working with her fellow employees.
"I just love the people here," she said. "My girls, everyone. We all just get along and have a good time."
Culminating more than 40 years of recipes, Patty Bruce is the master of fresh, homemade bakery products at Sparkle.
"I don't read books or watch TV," she said. "I read cookbooks for a past time."
Bruce has 27 years of experience as a bakery manager, ten of those years as Sparkle's homemade master.
Bruce began baking and selling product out of her house more than 40 years ago. She was known for the delicious treats she whipped up for weddings, graduation parties and other special events.
She has brought those recipes to Sparkle, serving up the fabulous Made from Scratch by Pat section. Her specialties include; sheet cakes, pumpkin bars, apple spice bars, pumpkin rolls, buckeyes, no bakes, peanut butter chip cookies and much more.
Bruce's Made from Scratch by Pat products can be ordered in the form of cookie and other goodie trays.
